Ashley Walker
Director Licensed Builder
Ashley is one of the founders and directors of Fairhaven Property Group and serves as the company’s licensed builder with over a decade of experience in the building and construction industry. Ashley is a qualified carpenter with extensive hands-on experience.
Her practical knowledge of how a project comes together on-site is complemented by her background as a site supervisor, where she managed trades from start to finish across a wide range of residential builds.
At Fairhaven Property Group, Ashley is responsible for all site supervision and project management, ensuring each home is delivered to the highest standard. With a passion for the building industry and love for real estate and development, she is always actively seeking out the next development site for upcoming turnkey projects.
Anthony Boden
Director
Anthony is also a founder and director of Fairhaven Property Group. He is a qualified electrician with a Diploma of Electrical Engineering and a decade of experience in the electrical and construction industries.
At Fairhaven Property Group, Anthony is responsible for managing all accounts and contract administration, ensuring the financial and operational sides of the business run smoothly.
He also works closely alongside Ashley to support project management and help deliver a seamless, stress-free experience for every client.

Absolutely, we cater to everyone looking for a new home. Whether you have plans or not we can help bring your vision into reality.
How much to build a house?
here’s no one size fits all answer to this question which is why we don’t feature pricing on our website.
So many different factors need to be determined such as selection type for all materials, fixtures and fittings, soil type, contours of your block, engineering etc. In fact it is why we offer turnkey packages, no hidden fees, unexpected hiccups or additional cost.

How long to build a house?
We like to allow around 20 weeks from the day that your slab is poured to completion.
This is again, not a one size fits all answer as project type, size, trade/ product availability, weather and any unforeseen circumstance could impact this timeline.
How often can we visit site?
We understand how exciting building or buying a new home can be so we include 3 site visits with your builder included in your package.
Site visits are strictly to be with an authorised person from Fairhaven Property Group and attending site without supervision is prohibited, as it is a construction site and is for your own safety and insurance reasons. Additional meetings/ viewings can be arranged.
