About the Build: When we first entered the home, it needed a lot of love. It had amazing character just waiting to be brought to the surface and restored, along with the potential to better utilise the existing floor plan and layout.
We did exactly that by installing partition walls, enclosing windows, and relocating doors. We were able to transform and restore the home’s beauty, making it a true standout on the street.
Once completed, the home was transformed from a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom property with no laundry or car storage into a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with a laundry and a 2-car garage. A standout kitchen and bathroom design was created with the age and character of the property in mind, ensuring its charm remained intact.
